This is develop using Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition using Master Pages technique.

The background image is customized as well as everything is user-defined.

The design process relatively quick because of VWD Express WYSIWYG method.

This makes ASP.NET one of the most flexible platform to developed websites.

This is a very simple CMS written for Mono project.
